Great time for the second year working for Versus TV at the Dakar Rally. In two weeks we travel 9000km covering the event which is commonly referred to as the toughest motorsport event in the world. Video production is lean and fast. Having to cover around 600km per day in the car doesn’t leave much time to shoot and make selects in time for the satellite feed but our producer Lindsay Wielgolewski did a great job getting all the footage prepped even when we were rolling in getting it to her minutes before the feed time.
