I own a full audio equipment package including Lectrosonics Wireless and Neumann Microphones. One important aspect about hiring a owner operator is that the person is familiar with the gear, its operation and how to connect the components properly.  There are always variables in the process of renting equipment and you never know what the last person did to it.
